A former school building in a small village, will be renovated and altered into a private house with an artist atelier. Using the strict, but generous school lay-out and altering the paved playgrounds into different garden rooms, the former school finds itself in a completely different setting. The large scale of spaces inside will be kept, but a few architectural elements are added to introduce a playfulness and tactility.
