The existing flat roof will be converted into a sloping roof. As a large, communal element, it encompasses the two dwellings and creates intimate outdoor spaces that are not part of the communal garden. The rest of the garden lies like an open landscape around the two dwellings. Here, only a minimum is cultivated in contrast to the private terraces.
