An outdated 70's villa was to be renovated. Positioned in the middle of a small plot winthin a densely populated area, the need for intimate outdoor spaces was crucial. A new, continuous garden wall envelops the house, shielding it from outside views and creating visual extensions of the house. The existing pitched roof will be dismantled and altered into a flat one, since a lack of free height and a large footprint of the house limits economic reasons for investing in this volume.
